How We Work Together
Simple process.
Intro Stretch
A first session to map where range of motion has been lost and set a baseline.
Ongoing Stretches
Regular sessions that restore and maintain range, adjusted to what the body needs that week.
What You're Actually Getting
Someone else does the stretching.
The Basics
What assisted stretching actually is
You lie on a table, fully clothed, and a coach moves your body through stretches you can't reach on your own — positioning each limb, holding it, and easing it deeper as you breathe. Fifty minutes of someone else doing the work while your joints get their range back.
The Difference
Same coach every session
Not a rotating flexologist reading a script off a clipboard. One coach who knows your hips, your shoulders, and what last week's session changed — NASM-certified and NBC-HWC credentialed.
The Delivery
In-studio or out-call to you
Book in-studio, or have the session come to your home or office anywhere in the DC metro service area. The table travels; you just need a bit of clear floor.
The Fit
Complements training and any sport
Stretch therapy pairs with personal training, running, tennis, golf, lifting — anything that asks your joints for range. It's also the entry point for clients who sit all day and feel it everywhere.
