The Story

For over a decade, I’ve worked with high-performing professionals — executives, physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs; people whose schedules rarely slow down. Individuals whose lack of energy can have real consequences. I'd spent years inside those same demanding environments myself, so I understand what happens when achievement becomes the priority and health quietly turns into something you postpone until "things calm down"; even though, they usually never do.
What I know from that work is this: the standard approach to fitness was never designed for people at this level. Not because these individuals lack discipline, knowledge, or motivation — they have more of it than most. It fails because the standard approach depends on excess. Excess time. Excess consistency. Excess recovery. Excess mental bandwidth. The model breaks the moment the pressure is on.
80/20 Bodi was built as the alternative. The philosophy is simple: find the small set of behaviors that create the greatest return, then build a sustainable system around them. The right 20% of the work, done with intent, delivers 80% of the results — strength, mobility, and longevity. A quiet confidence of a body that performs for a demanding life.
Today, I combine strength training, stretch therapy, behavior change coaching, and performance-focused wellness into a model designed specifically for people who expect a lot from themselves and need their bodies to keep up.
