1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Live Laman, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as 80/20 Bodi ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit 8020bodi.com (the "Website"), book a session, purchase a service, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Website or submitting your information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

2. What We Mean by Personal Information

"Personal information" means information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you — including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment details, and information about your health and fitness.

It does not include information that has been anonymized or aggregated such that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Give Us

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and location, submitted through our contact form, booking pages, or by email
  • Booking information — the service you booked, appointment date and time, and any notes or questions you provide
  • Account and program information — details you provide when enrolling in a coaching program or signing an agreement
  • Communications — the content of emails, messages, and form submissions you send us

3.2 Health and Wellness Information

To deliver our services safely, we collect information about your health and physical condition. This may include your fitness level, training history, injuries, physical limitations, medical conditions, medications you are taking, dietary preferences and restrictions, sleep and stress patterns, body measurements, and progress photos or form videos you choose to submit.

This is sensitive information and we treat it accordingly. See Section 8 for important information about how it is and is not protected.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect technical information including your IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and time spent on each page. See Section 6 for details on cookies and analytics.

3.4 Payment Information

We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive only limited transaction information — such as the amount, date, service purchased, and the last four digits and card type — for accounting and support purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide, schedule, and deliver our coaching, training, and stretch therapy services
  • Design programming appropriate and safe for your condition, history, and goals
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions and packages

  • Maintain records required for legal, tax, insurance, and professional purposes
  • Understand how the Website is used so we can improve it
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Your Consent

We collect and use your personal information with your consent, unless otherwise permitted or required by law. Where we intend to use your information for a purpose not described in this Policy, we will seek your consent first.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@8020bodi.com. We may require proof of identity before acting on the request. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some or all of our services to you, and certain information will be retained where necessary to meet legal, tax, or contractual obligations.

If you provide us with personal information about another person, it is your responsibility to have obtained their consent.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information including pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic region, device and browser type, and referral source. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
